Oil company Sentinel Midstream and financier Freepoint Commodities plan to build a massive crude oil storage facility, pipelines, and an oil export terminal off the Texas Gulf Coast. Called GulfLink, the project would load up to 2 million barrels of crude oil per day onto crude carriers for export oil to foreign markets.
